A soft sanctuary for the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long. You may have already done the inner work… and yet something still isn’t shifting. Old experiences your mind has moved beyond— but your body still holds. Unspoken emotions. Repeating patterns. A quiet sense that something feels off… even if you can’t fully name it. You don’t have to force your way through it. This session is where we gently uncover what’s ready to be seen—so real movement can finally happen. Not by pushing. Not by reliving. But by meeting yourself with awareness and compassion. Inside this one-hour session, we: • Explore emotional patterns or past experiences that may still be influencing you • Bring awareness to what’s been sitting beneath the surface • Give voice to parts of you that haven’t been fully heard • Create space for your system to soften, process, and reset This is deep work, held in a grounded and supportive way. You are always in control of the pace. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. As the session unfolds, I also incorporate intuitive, energy-based support to help your body settle, integrate what surfaced, and restore a sense of balance. This allows the shifts from our conversation to land more fully—so you don’t just understand what’s been holding you back, you can begin to feel the difference as well.
