A soft sanctuary for the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long. There are experiences your mind has moved beyond… but your body and energy may still be holding. Old wounds. Emotional imprints. Moments where you didn’t feel seen, heard, protected, or understood. Even if you can’t fully name it — you may feel it. A heaviness. A quiet misalignment. A pattern that keeps repeating. A sense that you’re ready for more… but something unseen is still in the way. This session is where we gently uncover what is ready to be acknowledged and released. Not by forcing. Not by reliving. But by witnessing with compassion. Inside this one-hour container, we: • Explore old emotional wounds or unresolved experiences • Identify energetic patterns that may still be influencing your present • Bring voice to parts of you that were never fully heard • Create space for stored emotional energy to soften and release This is deep, sacred work — held in a grounded and safe way. You are always in control of the pace and depth. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is pushed. The second half of our time includes intuitive energy healing to support integration and grounding. This helps stabilize your system and seal in the clarity and release that occurred during the session.
